Upload your address, connect utility data, see personalized savings instantly. No sales calls, no pressure, no obligation.
Most solar companies start with a sales call. We start with your data.
How It Works
Four simple steps. No sales calls, no back-and-forth, no waiting for quotes. You stay in control from start to finish.
Enter your home address. We pull satellite imagery and roof data to map your solar potential.
Link your utility account so we can see exactly what you pay today and calculate real savings.
Get a clear breakdown of your day-one savings, monthly payment, and long-term financial benefit.
Pick the option that fits your budget. No pressure, no deadlines. Move forward when you are ready.
Your utility company raises rates every year. On average, electricity prices go up 3-5% annually, and in some states much faster. That means the amount you pay keeps climbing with no end in sight.
With SunRaise, your solar rate starts 10-20% below what you pay today, and it only increases by a fixed 2.99% each year. Because utility rates rise faster than your solar rate, the gap between what you would have paid and what you actually pay gets wider every year.
That widening gap is money that stays in your pocket.
The chart above illustrates the increasing savings differential for customers. Starting with ~20% Day-One Savings in 2026, the gap between SunRaise's fixed escalator and rising utility rates significantly widens by 2030.

Every SunRaise contract is written in plain language. Here is exactly what you can count on.
Your monthly payment is your total cost. No maintenance charges, no monitoring fees, no surprise line items.
You know exactly how your rate changes every year. It is written into the contract on day one and never changes.
Every detail is spelled out upfront. Contract length, monthly payment, escalator, maintenance responsibility. All of it.
Take all the time you need. Review the numbers, talk it over with your family, ask questions. There is no expiration date.
If you sell your home, the solar agreement transfers to the new owner. It can actually make your home more attractive to buyers.
Your system is monitored around the clock. If something goes wrong, we handle the repair at no cost to you.
SunRaise is not a startup experimenting with your home. We have originated over $320M in third-party capital across 7,500+ solar contracts in 13 active markets. The same institutional infrastructure that manages portfolios for major capital providers also manages, monitors, and maintains your system.
That means 25 years of professional asset management, billing, collections, and performance monitoring built into your agreement from day one. Your solar system is not an afterthought. It is part of a professionally managed portfolio.
Your solar system will generate most or all of the electricity your home needs. You will still receive a utility bill, but it will typically show only a small connection fee. Your SunRaise payment replaces the majority of what you used to pay your utility company, and it starts lower from day one. Most homeowners see 10-20% savings immediately.
Your solar agreement transfers to the new homeowner at the time of sale. Since the new owner inherits built-in savings on their electricity, solar can actually make your home more attractive to buyers. Homes with solar panels sell faster and for more money on average, according to multiple national housing studies.
No. Your monthly payment covers everything: the system, monitoring, maintenance, and any repairs needed over the life of the contract. There are no installation fees, no sign-up costs, and no surprise charges. Most homeowners choose a plan with a fixed 2.99% annual escalator in exchange for a lower starting rate, but flat-rate plans with no escalator are also available. Whichever you choose, the schedule is written into your agreement before you sign.
From signing, it typically takes 8 to 12 weeks to get the system installed, then another 30 to 45 days to receive permission to operate from your utility. Timelines vary by jurisdiction and utility. We handle all the permits and paperwork for you throughout the process.
You do not need to worry about maintenance. SunRaise monitors your system performance around the clock and dispatches service if anything needs attention. Solar systems have no moving parts, and every major component is covered by a standard 25-year warranty. Repairs and replacements are covered under your agreement at no additional cost to you.
We work with multiple funders, each looking at a different mix of criteria, which gives every homeowner the best possible chance to qualify for one of our options. For leases, which make up the majority of our volume, the credit check is always a soft pull, even after the contract is signed, so your score is never affected. Solar loans involve a hard credit pull when that is the right product for you. Either way, our underwriting looks beyond credit score alone, including factors like your utility payment history.
It takes about two minutes. No sales calls, no commitment, just your numbers.
